The electric hoist is divided into two types: electric wire rope hoist and electric chain hoist, which is a small lifting equipment. The electric hoist has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation and easy use. The inspection and test methods after the installation of the electric hoist are as follows:
1. Check whether all lubricating parts are filled with lubricating grease.
2. Whether the track combination is reliable.
3. The power supply at the installation site should be able to ensure that the input voltage of the motor is not less than 90% of the rated voltage when the motor is running (attention should be paid to preventing the power supply voltage from falling too much due to the cable being too long and the cross-section being too small). Pay attention to the phase sequence when the power is turned on.
4. When the electric hoist is no-loaded, turn on the power supply for forward and reverse test, check the control button, limiter, rope guide and other devices, at this time, the control line should be correct, the running direction should be consistent with the direction indicated by the button, and the mechanism should work normally.
5. If the wire rope is loose and messy, it should be readjusted.
6. Start the lifting and running mechanism with the rated load, check whether the operation is normal, whether the sliding distance meets the regulations, and whether the reducer leaks.
7. The stop block position of the limiting rod device should be adjusted after installation, and the specific method does not need to: make the electric hoist start without load, when the hook rises to a high position, the rope guide touches the stop block on the right, pushes the limiting rod - the limiter, cuts off the rising circuit, and the hook stops rising, at this time, the distance between the upper end face of the pulley shell and the lower end face of the drum shell should be 50-150mm, and similarly, the descending circuit should be cut off when the hook descends to a low position, and the hook stops falling, At this time, there must be 2-3 turns (safety rings) of wire rope on the drum.
